Nick is an experienced management consultant with expertise in process, strategic, project and stakeholder management. Since 2004, Nick has delivered Cube projects across diverse sectors and has strong knowledge of common public sector challenges. Nick’s public sector achievements are complimented by 5 years with Severn Trent Water’s Business Improvement Group (UK).
Recently, Nick has focused on emergency management initiatives at local and state levels. This included facilitating state-wide forums and developing national award winning guidelines.
Nick is a proven facilitator, presenter and trainer, with experience leading strategic and operational sessions for various groups within the VPS.

Catherine Harris (Consultant) and Rob Camm (Associate) will be participating in the two year program commencing in early 2012. The experience gained will develop their professional knowledge and skills, but also further enhance our capability to develop solutions for our clients.
