Fiona has over 17 years experience in the public and private sectors and brings a pragmatic, focused and inclusive style to all engagements. Her experience spans development of commercial solutions, strategic planning and business cases, contract/KPI design and delivery, building stakeholder relationships, project planning and implementation and managing large public/private procurement processes, all supported by strong strategic, political, written and analytical skills.
During her years in the UK public service, Fiona developed and delivered complex government policy, developing a full appreciation of the implications of regulatory frameworks, political deadlines, meeting budgets, political approval processes and the benefits of commercial strategies.
Fiona has also held senior roles in the VPS having been part of the team designing and delivering the restructuring of Victoria’s passenger rail industry.
Cube is supporting many of our VPS clients with the 2012/13 business planning cycle and designing innovative and efficient programs of works to meet government priorities.
