Deborah has a wide range of senior management experience in the construction, energy, facilities management and government sectors, including Chief Finance Officer at Emergency Communications Victoria (a State Owned Body), Director of Operations at Delaware North and Director of Finance for Serco – Government Services. This enables Deborah to navigate the interface between the public and private sectors.
Her breadth of exposure across the VPS encompasses a number of departmental and organisational restructures and strategic operational reviews. She has developed business cases and funding submissions across a broad range of VPS projects and regularly advises on commercial and project governance matters. Deborah has implemented legislation, assisted with major State procurement projects and facilitated diverse strategic and corporate planning sessions across the sector.
