Deb is a problem solver, with a creative but common sense approach to challenges. She has well developed strategic, political and analytical skills, supported by strong relationship and negotiation skills.
She has a strong background in the emergency services sector, and is well regarded for her ability to engage diverse stakeholders and achieve outcomes in sensitive and fast-changing environments.
Deb has previously held senior VPS roles within Victoria Police as Assistant Director, Business Solutions, with Country Fire Authority as Manager, Business Solutions, and as Executive Advisor to the Chair of the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction & Recovery Authority.
Her experience spans organisational change, strategic and business planning, business case development, and project planning and delivery, across a broad range of areas including business services, information technology, and community development.
Cube is supporting many of our VPS clients with the 2012/13 business planning cycle and designing innovative and efficient programs of works to meet government priorities.
