Ben is a dynamic management consultant with extensive skills and experience in strategic and business planning for VPS departments and public entities.
Ben is a creative problem solver and recognised facilitator who works closely with VPS executive teams on leadership effectiveness and organisational culture.
He has undertaken a key advisory role for a number of high-profile VPS projects, and has proven expertise in the development and implementation of service and process models, project and governance frameworks.
Ben's public sector experience is complemented by a number of years consulting experience with Accenture Australia.
